How Jet Set Started
The company was founded in 1999 by Kevin Hinds. He explains why: "We discovered that there were no licensed operators in Lancashire at all. Hiring a limo was like hiring a taxi from an unregulated firm. Even if you were brave enough to hire a vehicle from an unlicensed company, you would be severely disappointed with the quality of vehicle and chauffeur that subsequently arrived to collect you. The industry was an unregulated mess."
