- 1am restaurant and bar is housed in what used to be Pleasant Street Brasserie, just off Clifton Street, in Lytham. The food is brought to you by chef-patron Max who launched Amici in Garstang. Partner Antonio (most recently of Antonio?s At The Island in St Annes) handles front-of-house. As the name suggests, 1am is open to the early hours ? at least on a Friday and Saturday. And you don?t need to eat here to enjoy a drink at either bar.
